Terms of Service
Premium is a monthly subscription. Cancel before the next billing date and you keep access until the period ends. No refunds.
RizzlerGPT is for personal use. Reselling, automating, or building commercial services on top of it is not permitted.
We make no claim over the AI-generated replies you receive. Use them however you like.
Misuse of the service results in immediate account termination without a refund.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RizzlerGPT (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Kirpeit Solutions, based in Germany ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kirpeit Solutions.
By using the Service, you also acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data.
2. Description of service
RizzlerGPT is a web-based tool that allows users to upload screenshots of chat conversations and receive AI-generated reply suggestions. The Service is powered in part by third-party AI providers.
We offer a free tier (limited uses per device) and a paid Premium subscription (unlimited uses). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service (or 13 where local law permits). By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. However, note that the Service is intended for personal use only — see Section 6.
4. Account & authentication
To access Premium features, you must create an account using a valid email address. We use magic links for authentication — no password is stored.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login links and session. You must not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
You may use the Service without an account on the free tier, subject to usage limits enforced by your device.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that are inactive for more than 24 months, with reasonable advance notice by email where possible.
5. Subscription & billing
Premium plan
The Premium subscription grants unlimited access to the Service for a recurring monthly fee, billed in advance. Pricing is displayed at the point of purchase and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at kirpeit@kirpeit-solutions.de. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until that date.
No refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
EU / German consumer note: Under German law (§ 356 BGB), the right of withdrawal for digital services that have already begun — at your explicit request — may not apply once the Service has been provided. By subscribing and accessing the Service, you acknowledge that performance begins immediately and that your withdrawal right expires upon full performance.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to Premium features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. Persistent non-payment may result in account termination.
6. Acceptable use
RizzlerGPT is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the Service or its outputs
- Use the Service to build competing products or services
- Automate access to the Service through bots, scripts, or other automated means
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others
- Upload screenshots containing the personal data of third parties without a lawful basis for doing so
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, access controls, or payment requirements
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Responsibility for uploaded content: You are solely responsible for any screenshots you upload. By uploading a screenshot containing third-party personal data (e.g. another person's messages), you represent that you have a lawful basis for doing so under applicable privacy law.
7. Intellectual property
Our property
The RizzlerGPT name, logo, website design, and underlying software are the intellectual property of Kirpeit Solutions. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding.
Your content
You retain all rights to any screenshots you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating reply suggestions. We do not store uploaded screenshots and make no other use of them.
AI-generated output
We make no intellectual property claim over the reply suggestions generated for you. The output is yours to use freely. We do not guarantee the originality or uniqueness of AI-generated content.
8. AI-generated content
RizzlerGPT uses third-party AI models to generate reply suggestions. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated content may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or not suitable for your specific situation
- You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any generated reply
- We do not guarantee that outputs will be appropriate, effective, or free of errors
- The same or similar outputs may be generated for other users
We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated replies, including in personal, professional, or social contexts.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Merchantability
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability. We may perform maintenance or experience downtime without prior notice.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kirpeit Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reputational damage.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under German law (including liability under § 521 et seq. BGB).
11. Termination
Termination by you
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account, contact us at kirpeit@kirpeit-solutions.de. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription from the next billing date.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you:
- Breach any provision of these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour
- Attempt to circumvent technical or access controls
In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of a paid subscription period. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the termination date.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service before the effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also make use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures but will consider requests in good faith.
